Do I still call 911? Yes — if there is immediate danger, medical emergency, or life-threatening conditions.
Why do you need my location? It helps responders locate you when addresses are unclear or roads are blocked.
Can I submit from a computer? You can, but we strongly recommend mobile so you can share geolocation at the end.
What if I can’t enable location? Submit the form anyway and provide the clearest directions/landmarks you can in the form.
How soon will someone contact me? Timing depends on conditions and local resources. Submitting location helps speed up triage and routing.
